For short stays of a minimum of three nights (except for summer months and holidays)

Prices include
- I.V.A., consumption and services (electricity, water, heating / air conditioning).
- Daily cleaning, except the day after arrival and kitchenette. Hours from 8.30 to 12.30
- Linen: midweek in winter the change of towels and linen supplied for the kitchenette; in the midweek summer even the change of sheets. For periods longer than a week, there will also be a change at the end or the beginning of the week.
-Shelves with sides, high chairs for children. On request changing table and baby bath.
For the little ones, indoor and outdoor games corner.
The apartments are equipped
-of a kitchenette with electric hotplates, a microwave, a fridge with a small freezer compartment, - a telephone,
- safe
- flat-screen TV and SKY decoder
- free internet and WI.FI
Services on request and not included
- Laundry washing service (token)
-Baby-sitter
-Restaurant (except closing period of the same)
-Private Beach (except for closing period)
- Pets € 30.00 per week, subject to OK by management.

Kitchenette
Daily cleaning of the kitchenette is at the customer's expense. The final cleaning will be done by the maids on the floors. Supplement € 30.00.
Booking
30% deposit (money order, bank transfer)

Cancellation policies:
The full amount of the deposit can be recovered for another stay (within the following 12 months) in case of cancellation within one month from the day of arrival
in case of cancellations less than a month, if the apartment is occupied at full price, you can use the entire deposit for another stay.
Arrival: the apartments are generally available from 15.00. For arrivals before this time, if the apartment is ready, it can be occupied, otherwise you can leave your luggage.
Departure: the apartment must be vacated by 10 am. If customers want to stay, they can leave their luggage in the lobby.
Smoking is not permitted in the building.
